The Tour de France 2019 started on Saturday, 6 July, in Bruxelles, the Belgium capital. It was the second time when the French tour started in Bruxelles. The first and the second stage takes place in the Belgium capital this year.

The first stage had 194,5 km through both Flemish and Valone areas around Bruxelles.

The Dutch Mike Teunissen (team Jumbo-Visma) won this first stage and got the first place. The Slovakian Peter Sagan (team Bora Hansgrohe) finished the second. The Australian Caleb Evans (team Lotto Soudal) arrived the third. This is the Individual classifications.

In team classifications, Jumbo Visma has the first place after the stage 1.

The Tour continues on Sunday with another stage in the Belgium capital. This second stage is Bruxelles Palais Royal-Brussel Atomium.
