World Men`s Handball Championship starts on 10 January 2019 and will end on Sunday 27th January 2019. It takes place in Germany and Denmark, for the first time hosts are two countries. Teams will compete in German cities: Berlin, Munich, Koln (Cologne), Hamburg and in Danish cities: Copenhagen and Herning. The opening match has just started between Germany and Korea in Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin. The final will take place in Danish city Herning on Sunday, 27 January 2019.
Tonight France women`s handball team became European champion. The French team got a great victory against the Russian team who got the silver medal. The final score was 24-21 for the French team who won their first European title. Netherlands won 24-20 agains Romania and got the bronze medal.
