Some big favorites of Wimbledon 2019 tennis tournament have already left the competition. This edition of the oldest tennis tournament started on Sunday 30 June 2019 and will finish on Sunday 14 July 2019.
The first days counted some big surprises as some favorites lost matches and left the competition.
In single women`s tournament, Angelique Kerber who won the last edition, is out and could not keep the trophy. Other women players who left the tournament are Venus Williams, Naomi Osaka, Anastasija Sevastova, Madison Keys, Sophia Kenin, Marketa Vondrousova and Belinda Bencic.
Mens` single tournament has already some big favorites out since the beginning of the competition: Alexandre Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Dominic Thiem, Stanislas Wawrinka, Marin Cilic.
The weekend is full of matches, not only at singles, but also at doubles.
