Alexis Pinturault claimed giant slalom double in Adelboden FIS Alpine Ski World Cup. The French won the giant slalom held in Adelboden on Saturday, 9th January 2021. This was the Pinturault`s second win in two days, as he won the giant slalom one day before too.

Today the French skier won both runs with big difference. His both races were amazing. The Croatian Filip Zubcic arrived the second and the Swiss Loic Meillard completed the podium. The Swiss Marco Odermatt had the fourth time.

At overall, Pinturault keeps the first place ahead the Norwegian Kilde. Pinturault has the first place at the giant slalom podium, followed by the Swiss Marco Odermatt.

The third race of Adelboden event will take place tomorrow. The best alpine skiers will perform at super-G discipline.

The men`s Alpine Ski World Cup will continue next weekend with famous races in Wengen, the Swiss jewelry for winter sports.
