Bormio, the well-known Italian ski resort, hosts Men`s Alpine Ski World Cup every year between Christmas and New Year.
This year speed races took place on 28 and 29 December.
Downhill race took place on Wednesday, 28 December 2022. The Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr won followed by the Canadian James Crawford and the Norwegian Aleksander Aadmodt Kilde.
Thursday was the day for the Super-G skiing. This time the Swiss Marco Odermatt claimed the victory with a splendid race. No skier could run faster than Odermatt. The Austrian Vincent Kriechmayr arrived on the second position and the Swiss Loic Meillard was the third.
Marco Odermatt keeps his first overall position in the Alpine Ski World Cup 2022-2023.
Next competition will be on 4st January 2023 in the Bavarian ski resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
